I purchased this faucet after reading stellar reviews about not only the product, but Forious' customer service. I haven't had to contact them yet, but I felt good purchasing this knowing they care and want to do right by their customers. Overall we are very pleased with this faucet. Installation was super simple, even for someone with very little experience with plumbing or replacing fixtures. It feels solid and hefty out of the box. The water pressure on this thing compared to our old one is insane! And we love that the spout can rotate freely. It does show water stains, but so has literally every other faucet I've ever used. Water spots kind of come with the territory as most faucets don't have any sort of magical hydrophobic coating on the outside - just clean regularly and you'll be fine.Edit to add: Their customer service is AMAZING. Our faucet spout became wobbly after about 2 months of use and we couldn't seem to fix it. Contacted Forious customer support and they sent a whole new set out right away. I am so impressed and beyond grateful.

We recently did a renovation on our main floor. Decided to take a gamble on this set and we were super impressed with the quality of this faucet. The packaging, materials, fit and finish are ridiculous for how little this costs. Been in use for 2 months in our busiest bathroom and we love it. This is a definite buy!
