This faucet is super cute and seems great for the price. I was having some trouble out of the drain leaking but come to find out it was my fault (I’m definitely a beginner plumber and learned a lot I had to redo all of my plumbing as I installed a new vanity :/) however before I figured out my issue customer service was amazing and even sent me replacement parts. Pay attention to the type of drain you need. This faucet had an overflow drain and I did not have an overflow sink. Hence the leaking. I’m hoping it holds up because I love the style and color. Hopefully this is helpful to someone else.

The faucet is nicer in person then the pictures. I purchased it for a pedestal sink. It looks awesome. Perfect vintage look. It was pretty easy to install too. The instructions though could be better

We love these faucets for our modern farmhouse bathroom! We ordered 2 and one of them had a faulty part. Customer service was great to work with and shipped the replacement part out quickly. Would definitely order from them again!

This faucet looks and works great. When delivered a plastic end of the connecting hose was broken but customer service was willing to hear my problem and sent a replacement part I needed to fix the issue. Great customer service help and a great product.

COLD WATER IS DIPPING AFTER 6 MONTHS OF DAILY USE. I WANT SOMEONE TO HELP ME MAY BE I NEED A NEW VALVE. I wanted to update my review after the last review. I contacted the customer service and they sent me a part for free! Installed and worked. See vdo for yourself!
