Really nice bathroom faucet, much better than the generic "contractor's special" that I replaced with this one; simple installation is pretty straightforward, just remember to seal around the drain or you'll have a leak underneath the sink. Highly recommended.

the only thing I dislike about this item you have to make sure you wipe it off each time you use if it hold water stain behind.

I knew if I waited long enough that gold fixtures would come back. I bought one for every bathroom in my house and they are wonderful and stylish.

It took no time for the plumber to install. I stay in my lane as I am not to mess with plumbing and electricity. It goes well with my whole bathroom decor. It's true to the description and not the yellow shinny gold. No water mark remaining that cannot be wiped off easily.
