Love almost everything. Looks great. The only issue I have is to drain it I have to put my hand into the dirty water as it has to be pushed to pop it up. Love that the drain turns to remove for easy cleaning of hair.

The design and color are just what I expected. All the parts you need to hook this up to your existing water lines are in the box. I hope to hook it up soon as I have a reno project to do first before I can install on our new vanity.

This faucet is an excellent option. It is well built, with a very simple design (esthetic and also on the functional elements design, something I like a lot), and very well packed.Installation is easy, even if printed instructions are not so good, as well as the online videos referred by manufacturer.Two elements came with marks: on the faucet output filter tip (some marks like when you use a wrong key or a plumber wrench), and also on drain plug (like it has been hit, like over the floor, even if it came with a protective plastic cap).One design caveat is on the drain plug area, which is just plain and causes water to not drain completely, a thing that will cause stains to form after a while.I am happy with the product, and since I have other washbasins with old faucets (seem that PricePfizer considers that 9 years is too much lifetime for their 300+ $ products, which are built with cheap plastic and iron parts that broke or disintegrates in rust) that will probably fail soon, I plan to buy this faucet again.

Bad product. connection hoses blew apart on 2 faucets simultaneously. Seller was willing to refund purchase thankfully
