Quality product, unfortunately had to return due to design change.

We bought 2 of these for their looks and what appears to be a value price, the looks do not disappoint.The finish seems high quality.The drain pipe is metal NOT plastic, I didn't expect this, but this is a good feature.The instructions (pictures) are straight forward I detected NO goofy grammar (like alot of imported products have).Everything is included, a long reach tool for the securing screw, also included is plenty of teflon (thread lubricating) tape. The instructions even caution you NOT to use the teflon tape on the O-ring fittings.A base plate is provided to cover the 2 additional holes in a 3 hole sinkThe "waterfall" water pattern is pretty cool, the flat waterfall crosses over (twists) a few inches after leaving the faucet, this doesn't affect teh function, but is pretty glamorous looking.Compared to the "old" (ugly) contractor grade faucets they replaced, the maximum flow is less, the benefits are, no splashing water all over the place @ full flow, and for those that count the ounces of water they run down the drain, it will be less.The negative of the lower flow (in my 3rd story master bathroom) is it takes longer for the hot water to get there.Also of note: an O-Ring fits in a groove on the base of the unit, it is obvious where it goes, I saw no mention in the pictures / instructions.Summary:installation was easier than I expected, because everything is suppliedLooks and functions greatI never heard of the BWE brand before I bought these, but I am sold, we ordered 2 more BWE faucets.I would recommend this product to a friend

This came with what was needed. It has a quality finish and I believe it will hold up well. I feel it was good value for the money compared to other brands. I do recommend it.

We haven't installed this yet so not sure how that will go but this was larger and more heavier than I expected. It surprised me with the solid quality and affordable price. Love the way the water comes out and the handle is friendly to use.
