The handles from my old faucet would spin no matter how hard I tightened the jam nut underneath to the granite. The jam nut on the handles has two Philips screws which allows you to get the handles really tight. The design to push to open/close the drain means no more hardware to get tangled up in the lines. The easy empty basket will reduce the need to tear down and clean out the faucet. Well done!

Purchased this faucet back in 2020. Developed a leak in the hot water vale. Realized they have a lifetime warranty. Called customer support and sent them a video of my problem. Had a new valve in 4 days. Great response! I’d definitely buy from this company again!
