There is a good reason for the high reviewes. Directions are not perfect and even the video but test fit the tubes. One of the best products on Phiestina IMHO. Careful not to get cut on the drain tube...

I haven't installed the faucet yet. Looks fine. Will know if all the parts are there when it gets installed.
