We initially purchased to replace a leaky faucet, and liked the style for our farm style bathroom. After installing, we loved the look and durability/usability so much, we ended up buying several more to replace all of the bathroom faucets in our house!

I did not return this item. I liked it. I just used the box to return a different faucet for a bathtub

I like the design. It is a quality product. Liked it so well this is my second purchase and installation this month. Note: In both installations I put the neoprene seal (item "A") on the drain pipe per the directions with the tapered side pointed up. In both installations there was leakage. I turned the seal over (flat side up) and there was no leakage.
