Installation was easy, since the mounting components were pre-assembled and the plumbing between the faucets uses reliable quick connects. The parts were packaged carefully to prevent any damage to the finish. The faucets are compatible with most any sink since they can be mounted with spacing up to 16 inches apart. I found that customer support was excellent.

Overall this is very nice but after six months of use, the collars at the base of the fixtures are becoming pitted. This makes it look cheap-not what I want in my new bathroom.
Update: I contacted the company and they replaced the part immediately. I wish it hadn't happened in the first place but I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you!
