Installing this was a breeze, it's well designed for ease of installation. Removing the old faucet...that was a different question. Before you undertake this job, make sure you know what you're getting in to.Our sink was a pedestal sink, which made access to the underside--especially with wrenches--difficult, see first picture. Most bathroom faucets are probably in a sink mounted on a cabinet, which gives you a lot more room to work with. The old faucet itself came out easily enough, but the drain line (tail pipe, second picture) was a different question. The brass nut near the top needed a wrench, but there was no room to swing one. Eventually I gave up and took the sink off the wall, which was easier than I expected--remove two screws, and you can lift it off the wall-mounted bracket. (Careful, you don't want to drop it--it's heavy and slippery.)Once I had the old faucet off, I cleaned up the mounting of all the old plumber's putty (third picture), and mounted the sink back on the wall. From there, everything was easy, and the result is in the last picture--quite pretty, if I do say so.Note: the provided hoses were plenty long, since the cutoff valves on the wall had their own hoses, which can't be removed from the cutoff valve (but weren't long enough to reach the faucet). I did have a little trouble connecting the 9/16 end of the provided hoses on to the cold connector on the faucet; a little WD-40 solved that, and I've seen no leaks. The hot water hose screwed on with no trouble. Which reminds me: make sure you connect the faucet to the sink in the right orientation, with the hot faucet handle on the left, otherwise the handles won't open right. One thing I didn't quite expect, although it's obvious from the pictures on Phiestina: there's no lever to open the stopper (it pops up or reseats by pushing it down). At first I was afraid there was no way to pull the stopper out for cleaning, but in fact you just grab it and pull it out. Actually easier than the old style faucet, with the lift rod you have to disconnect under the sink. I like it!

I was so excited to receive this bathroom faucet you have no idea! I had been searching for a very clean classic style faucet, and this one most definitely fitsthe bill. I live in an apartment that apparently has something against providing their tenants with any quality ( or even semi-quality) furnishings or appliances ( the faucet was so gross looking lol). The mediocre motive as a whole in my bathroom was definitely something that needed some TLC, but nothing too drastic. Anyone who lives in an apartment knows not to alter their unitpermanently (or you’ll definitely be paying for it)lol.Anyway, this bathroom faucet sits at the absoluteperfect height, and the instructions were easy tounderstand so installation time was about 30 minsstart to finish. I have not experienced any leaking whatsoever, and I also noticed my water pressure increased! Overall I am very very happy with the final look of this durable yet classy looking faucet!

Well packaged & arrived quickly. We had bought a Parlos faucet for another bathroom sink. It has held up great now 2 years later so we thought we'd get another Parlos faucet. It is just as good of quality as the first faucet. Perfect!
