For our Class-A Motorhome, we wanted a higher water flow spigot outlet to eliminate the splashing of the faucet that came with our RV. The original faucet left little space between the water out-flow and the bottom of the sink so water would splash on our hands and out onto the counter. If our motorhome was not perfectly level in an RV Site (which it is also not level in many quick stop situations), the splashed water on the counter would flow off if not caught quickly. The higher water out-flow, with hands near the bathroom sink bottom, allows for nearly all the splashing water to stay within the RV sink.

6/30/21 I did not know exactly how to install this excellent faucet. The tailpiece of this fine faucet measures 1 1/4" in diameter. My plumbing measures 1 1/2" in diameter. An inexpensive and simple 1 1/4" X 1 1/2" adapter slip gasket for the PTrap/Tailpiece connection was the only part I needed. Perhaps one was included, but I wouldn't know one if I saw it. The salesmen at Granite Plumbing Supply provided useful, friendly advice.1) The red and blue/hot and cold indicator detail is mounted on the underside of the handle.2) The water connection ports deep under the spout column are not clearly marked hot or cold. You will learn whether to push the handle away or pull toward you to deliver hot water.3 The last half-inch or so of the spout contains the aerator which pops out for cleaning debris. Just remember exactly your disassembly sequence !This purchase is an absolute no-brainer !7/12/21 One of my shut-off valves was further than one supply line could reach. Phiestina immediately offered to send longer waterlines. I chose instead to extend my water supply plumbing closer to my new faucet. Phiestina offers excelent support. There is ample water line length ( about 23" or 24" ) for most installations.At about 50# pressure, my faucet delivers about 1.3 gals. per minute. And rinsing my hair or filling a jug is now very easy.I'm very happy with my four Phiestina faucets !

I got this faucet on Prime day so the price was great. Install was not complicated but it took a while to remove the old faucet and drain. Works great though and enjoy the new look and faucet.
