I purchased this faucet in May of 2020 and installed it myself. I loved the look and it has worked well until yesterday when I turned both hot and cold on together and the spout blew off the faucet and I had a geyser. After the surprise shower I discovered that the part holding the spout to the base attaches to plastic threads. I have to assume this part was not on tight. It was not mentioned in the installation instructions. This faucet is really for light duty use. I read many reviews where users had trouble attaching a hose. I did also and if I intended to use a hose regularly I would have purchased a different faucet.

Our previous top-of-the-line faucet with detachable hose sprung a leak that could not be patched. Our decision was to eliminate the hose and go with a simple faucet. Smart choice. This product is perfect - very easy to install it does not leak and is attractive for a laundry faucet. The spout angles up to give sufficient clearance to fill buckets if necessary. I haven't tried to connect a hose to the threaded nozzle end but it looks a little smaller than a typical garden hose. I also like the quarter turn handles for easy off and on use. Would purchase this item again.

The faucet was packed well. It installed easily with standard fittings for this type of faucet. It had a screw on garden hose adapter which might prove handy for some users. It seems to be pretty light weight so I will be interested in how it holds up under regular use. So far so good.
