I'm very happy with this product. It was easy to install, it looks good, and it solved the issue with the water stop

This faucet looks very nice and fit perfectly. I have never installed a faucet before so this was my first attempt. Luckily I was replacing a 3 year old faucet that was easy to remove. This one was just as easy to install. Fits any standard 3 hole counter and comes with two water lines. I could have used the ones I already had but I liked the water lines this came with because they were color coded for hot/cold. I was a little nervous about the fasteners to mount the sink being made of plastic but they tightened well with my granite countertop. The pop up drain was what gave me trouble. It fit great and was t hard to install so I thought. However, I later found out I installed it incorrectly. Instead of tightening the fastener, I was turning the entire drain which caused the top ring to come unscrewed causing the pop up piece to not sit flush when pushing it in. After taking it all apart again I found that you have to tighten the ring by hand first and then with a wrench. Once I did that the drain looked and worked great! I bought another one to go in our other bathroom. I highly recommend this faucet!

Faucet looks great, functions well, and came with all the needed components. It fit as expected in the 4" center set holes that were already in my sink. There is a third hole in the sink, which is not required since there is nothing that attaches down to the pop-up drain, but that third hole gets covered up anyways. The water supply hoses are 24" long, which is way longer than I needed, it was easy to deal with but is a minor issue if you're really into hose and cable management. The pop up drain (push down once on the drain to close, push again to release) makes things easier to install since there is no additional mechanism connnecting to the plunger and this also eliminates one hole that could have otherwise been a point for leaks. This also means to drain a full sink you have to submerge your hand, it was a new one for me but isn't an issue in use. The instructions for the pop up drain state not to use plumbers putty when putting it in, there is a rubber washer instead. This is NOT the same universally so I'm hopeful that the washer/gasket does not fail over time.

I've purchased two of these bathroom faucet sets and so far have been very pleased with them. They are truly a great value in that they include the flexible supply lines which would cost about $5 each at a local store. Installation is easy, but I would suggest that you use some silicone plumbing caulk/adhesive on the back side of the plastic plate that goes between the faucet set and the sink. It is almost impossible to get them tight enough to stay in place without some adhesive. The plastic nuts that are intended to hold the faucet in place will work if you do this; otherwise there is no way I found to get them tight enough. On one set I installed I reused the old brass washers and nuts from the previous faucet set in place of the plastic set that come with this product. You can tighten them down a lot tighter, but still the silicone adhesive seems to be the best solution. In any case, I don't think you can go wrong with this product. Great Value!

We bought two of these faucets and had an identical, enjoyable, installation experience. Its a new game. It was more difficult getting the old ones out than everything it took to get these in.The look good on the sinks, the handles (hot/cold hand valve levers) work extremely smooth. Almost effortless to operate, water flows well, quality aerators, good arch on the spigot and they came with two need feed lines! The faucet also comes with a new drain pipe from sink to under-sink drainage system and a toggle stopper (push once to close, push/let go a second time to open) and it works well, too. Doesn't drip water after shut-off. The most drip we see is maybe a residual droplet or two behind aerator which has zero to do with the valves, they work quite well. While all is good, we did experience two issues but I think it has much more to do with having a mobile home than it does the product so no stars deducted in the following:- The sink drain hole areas is very thin. So, when we mounted the new drainage stem / stopper component, we had leakage because of the cheap sink we have. We found a large piece of plastic ring (1" think) to go around the pipe underneath which acted as a spacer and allowed us to draw the drain down snug. Otherwise, leaking water around the drain plug and standing water above the drain in sink. Get it installed correctly though, then good to go.- The faucet includes a thin plastic plate which acts as a buffer between the metal faucet and the sink and serves partly as a barrier to keep water from running under the faucet mounts. Our mobile-home cheapliness issue is that one faucet moves around on the sink (sliding on that plastic barrier like a sleigh rail) for two reasons. 1) can't get back to the nuts to tighten properly due to not having mobile-home style tools and b) its slick plastic sitting on very slick and waxed porcelain covered steel. This is my fault, not the product. So - construction adhesive did the trick!
