I’m not sure about this product. I had to order an extension, cause the legs and water connections are stupidly short. Went back to look at their diagram, which is poorly laid out, but I saw that the deck thickness is only 1-1/4” But I also found out that all these cheap, and even the expensiveFaucets cheat you out of two and a quarter inches. Just a few years back the standard was 3-1/4” deck thickness. If you already know the thickness of your countertop and it doesn’t exceed 1-1/4 inches, then you’ll be good to go. Maybe I should have given this product a higher rating, but I haven’t received my extension yet. I’ll up date this review later.Update: well that extension kit came today, and the faucet works and looks very nice. At this moment I’m a happy campers.Oh, the extension kit, for the most part is great, a bit heavier duty than necessary, cause I had a tough time I had to In large the holes, but that me and my project. I would recommend this faucet, at least at this point in time.

UPDATED REVIEW:I can only compliment PARLOS for their service emails. My faucet was dripping, and they offered to send me a new faucet, which I declined in favor of parts if they knew what was causing it. They sent me new cartridges. You install these by removing the tap handles with an allen key (included in original packaging) underneath the rubber hot/cold marker. Unscrew the nut holding the cartridge in and replace. No more dripping faucet.I will now be buying two more PARLOS faucets for my house, and happy to rate these as 5 Stars. Thanks guys!ORIGINAL REVIEW:1) I have a 70's home and the hoses were 1/2, and I needed to buy a 1/2 to 3/8 reducer. I don't count this against them at all as modern plumbing is correct for the hoses supplied.2) The faucet constantly drips (see video), even when fully off. I've reached out to the manufacturer that is based in China, rather than it being the Seller of these parts. I really would have liked the seller to be the one to contact direct and be done VIA Phiestina, so everything is on record.3) Install was easy. Part are nice for the price. Just see point 2. I can't have a constantly dripping faucet.

This faucet deserves my praise, the workmanship is really good, and there are no quality problems.

I just love this faucet. So elegant looking and the price is amazing. I ripped out a 20 year old bathroom sink (as seen in picture) complete with copper supply lines and installed this one. Installation is not that difficult. It requires only a small crescent wrench (4 or so inches). Any difficulty will likely come in removing your old plumbing, depending on the condition it is in. I had to cut my old drain off or was so corroded and calcified. Also unless you have compression fittings for your P Trap it may be difficult to install the drain. My only very minor complaint is that the flexible supply lines are pretty long so it is possible to kink them. You just need to be aware of that and sort of loop them underneath so they don't kink. I am very satisfied with this. I'm getting two more and doing my other bathrooms. I couldn't be more satisfied.People saying that it does not drain properly this is because your P-Trap is not aligned with the drain hole, causing the drain to not seat properly. It has to be perfectly aligned so that the drain settles down into the basin grove where water exits. If not seated properly then it will create a slight slope where pools will form. This is why it is best to remove the P-Trap then reinstall it so that it aligns perfectly with the drain. Don't say it is a bad product because you installed it improperly. Anyhow if you put plumbers putty around the drain before installing that should eliminate the issue.

Very nice polished clean look! Not over the top fancy but gives a nice new charm to the sinks
