We bought two of these for our master bath last summer. They’ve held up great with no plumbing issues and look beautiful! They were an affordable and easy way to update our bathroom. Would definitely purchase again!

Arrived well packed and as pictured. It was easy to install although I did install the facet backwards the first time. It works great so far and was far less expensive than ones I liked in retail stores.

Easy to install

So we have an outdoor bathroom (sink and toilet). It is not a bathroom we use often mainly for when I am outside doing yard work or doing some woodworking. It had the typical utility sink faucet that is close to the back of the sink and really low. The faucet was likely installed in 1986 and recently started leaking around the stem when the faucet is turned on. I could have pulled the o-rings out and replaced them but since I started using the sink more often I wanted to replace the whole faucet. I searched Phiestina and I was looking for a tall faucet and found this one. The price was great (I paid $40) and it came with the lines and the drain. The hardest part of the installation was removing my old faucet. The nuts were steel and had rusted a lot. I had to chip them off with a screwdriver. After removing the old faucet the new faucet went in easily. My only issue I had was that the lines were too short to reach the valves. Also I did not install the included pop up drain. I don't need to stop up the sink so I left my old drain in there. It is the old style where you lift the handle on the faucet. but the included drain is also of really great quality. I cannot blame the manufacturer for any of these faults. Operation of the faucet is outstanding! The valve is 1/4 turn and have positive stops. Flow is great as well (considering the old faucet was 36 years old). I really like this faucet. Will I purchase one for the inside of my home? Not likely. I only have one full bath in the house and if the faucet leaks I need to be able to fix it quickly with parts locally available. How long is it going to take to get parts for this faucet? I don't know. After reading the Q&A it seems the manufacturer is really behind the product though.

Beautiful faucet. Doesn’t feel cheap or have any defects. Really a great product
