The faucet looks like we paid 5 times as much. The install was a piece of cake especially the pop up drain. The water comes out in a nice powerful stream. I am very pleased with this faucet. |

I received this product as a gift from my wedding registry and the drain came with a defect. I was worried since I didn’t actually purchase it that I would have to go through my guest to get it replaced, how crappy. BUT that wasn’t the case, Parlos received my email, asked for some photos and sent me a new drain. Customer service goes a long way and I was very pleased. |

When I first purchased, it leaked a little. The rubber gasket for the bottom (seals the faucet's pipe and the wall's pipes) provided is extraordinarily thin and flimsy. This is fixable by a trip to the hardware store (bring packaging and faucet to ensure your sizing is correct). New gasket cost was $2-3. Inexpensive, readily available, minor hassle.About six months of daily usage (I only have 1 bathroom in my home), the plunger/sink stopper wouldn't close. I pressed a bit harder (not hard, just more pressure than normal) and it got stuck in the "down" position. This was resolved by uninstalling the plunger (removing the pipes etc.) and inserting a screwdriver into the small drainage hole below the plunger's mechanism. It popped right up. I re-installed and things are working fine (side note: take cell phone pictures of the assembly as you dis-assemble so you can remember which direction things are facing, etc.)This happened tonight so unsure if this is a one-time issue or a recurring issue.Given 4 stars because of minor tweaks needed. Would give 4.5 stars if possible, the issues are minor in comparison to low cost and fact it works perfectly other than said issues. |
