This faucet looks wonderful in our bathroom. Great quality and price! We will be ordering two more for the other bathrooms.

Was very sceptical buying this... but it has performed beyond my expectations.

Love the faucet. The inside packaging was great but it shipped in the mfr box and it wasn't even taped. I'm surprised it arrived intact

Looks great and they have wonderful customer service!

We like the faucet look. We also very much like the way this drain plugs as it is springloaded and does not have the traditional knob that gets pulled up and down behind the faucet which creates a cleaner look.

Two downsides- the first is that the diameter of the faucet handles are less than what we previously had so now I have to figure out how to clean the rings the previous faucet handles left. Secondly, after it was installed there was a leak which is why we replace the previous faucet. There is a fitting under the faucet that attaches to each of the handles and that is the cause of the leak. It seems as though the fitting is not sized correctly as it is just not snug. I plan to contact the company to see if we can get this resolved and will update the review once it is.

Update: the seller promptly contacted me and was willing to send replacement parts to fix the issue. We currently have no issues with leaking. We have since noticed that the lip of the drain does sit up a bit higher so it causes some slight pooling of water in the bottom of the sink, however we are overall happy. Changing to 4 stars due to customer service and overall look of faucet.
