Unsealed Shipment

This beautiful faucet just arrived in the mail yesterday. Luckily I was home at the time of delivery and was able to scoop it up from by my front door. It appears that everything is included and there is no damage. I have yet to install this product but I feel the need to address one potential issue. The box arrives unsealed. The box is closed with top flaps folded inside but there is no tape or shrink-wrap around it. Anyone at any point in the delivery process can simply open up the box take out what they want and close back up the box with no one the wiser. With so much concern for "porch pirates " I am surprised that this is the delivery method. On a positive note the reason I picked this particular item is the high arch of the faucet and that is exactly as described.

Exactly as pictured hard to find anything as cheap and modern

This faucet is exactly as pictured. My old faucets were destroyed from age and I wanted to replace them. I ended up refinishing my counter after removing the old hardware and revitalized the countertop. Adding these faucets after refurbishing the countertop just completed a really cheap project. Everything is included to replace the faucet including hoses. I hope these hold up over the years and will update if they do not.

It's a wonder faucet no complaints. I just worry about how long it will last and replacement cartridges if it develops a drip. But everything is great so far!

Very impressed with this faucet especially the pop up drain and the easy flow of water from the tap. I like that the spout moves side to side.Only issue I had was that the connectors from the faucet to the water source leaked. I had to reinstall the old ones since they Were sturdier. So I recommend you have an extra set just in case.
