Review Title:Attractive, functional and excellent customer Service

We purchased two of these units for our dual vanity. We hired a plumber to install the faucets for us and it was pretty quick and easy according to him. There was one part I had to replace myself later, the faucet control handle and it was snap. The items came well packaged with all the parts and the the product looks really attractive. One it was installed we noticed that it had a nice strong flow pressure. It's well built, feels solid and the finishing is really nice.As mentioned before, we had a small problem with one of the controls that seemed jammed and tight to operate so I ended up messaging customer service about getting a replacement. They were really quick to respond and within a few days of communication we had a replacement part in hand.This is a great product and my experience with this company was fantastic too. I cannot recommend enough.

Love it. Let's see how it will last.Story: I know matte black is in fashion,but the previous owners install gold everywhere, I didn't want to update everything, so I bought the gold faucet. It's very pretty, it gives hotel vibes in gold color. Just buy it already!

Review Title:One gorgeous, heavy faucet set.

I bought this due to the perceived quality of German engineering. This product far exceeded my expectations!This set is HEAVY, and simply stunning. I got the best of both worlds by having a combination black and chrome look, saving replacement of all the current fixtures. I am SO happy with quality, and BTW exceptional presentation box.!

I purchased this faucet after reading stellar reviews about not only the product, but Forious' customer service. I haven't had to contact them yet, but I felt good purchasing this knowing they care and want to do right by their customers. Overall we are very pleased with this faucet. Installation was super simple, even for someone with very little experience with plumbing or replacing fixtures. It feels solid and hefty out of the box. The water pressure on this thing compared to our old one is insane! And we love that the spout can rotate freely. It does show water stains, but so has literally every other faucet I've ever used. Water spots kind of come with the territory as most faucets don't have any sort of magical hydrophobic coating on the outside - just clean regularly and you'll be fine.Edit to add: Their customer service is AMAZING. Our faucet spout became wobbly after about 2 months of use and we couldn't seem to fix it. Contacted Forious customer support and they sent a whole new set out right away. I am so impressed and beyond grateful.

Ordered this faucet as a replacement for a cheap doozie whereby the handle had broken off.My engineer husband marveled at the clean machining of this new faucet and the high quality working parts. Said it was easy to install, instructions good.We were impressed that it comes with the part that keeps the water from going down the sink—drain plug? Nice it all matches.Pretty fancy for the money. We’re happy.
