Oh my! I love these! They are beautiful on my new white (with grey marble countertop) vanity. They were easy to install (according to my contractor) and they turn easily. They feel sturdy too. You can’t beat the price (I needed two) compared to the big box stores. They arrived the same day too!

This faucet replaced another faucet that I ordered other brand that was a nightmare to install and broken in 6 months.

After experiencing was a pain installing a faucet can be with the last one, I feel truly lucky to have replaced it with this one.

The handles and faucet are all easy to set into place, hand tighten the nut, and finish tightening with a phillips screwdriver. So easy compared to what I had before.

The water connections are all quick connections that snap right on. Again very easy and no leaks.

Overall this thing was easy to install, looks good, and does its job without any issues.

*updated* the company reached out to me and completely fixed our issue and sent replacement parts. They went above and beyond and I have no issues with the new faucet leaking ! This product looks really nice but we also had issues with leaks like previous reviews said. We opted to replace the defective parts at Lowe’s, and paid an extra $10 doing it that way. A previous reviewer spent weeks dealing with the company for replacement parts and we just didn’t want to deal with that hassle. I would probably go with another faucet over this one if I redo our other bathroom.

Had a plumber intalled it, but need to replace the hose under the sink. The instructions were very clear on what to get compared to Pfister faucet I got at the same time. It did not come with the drain stopper as long it is stated. I wished that they carry another style that was in Chrome finish, but I needed nickel finish. That shouldn't diminish the rating.
