The product is outstanding! Had a much more difficult time taking my old one out than installing this heavy duty gem. It really has the look and feel of a top end more well known brand at a quarter of the price.Packaged very nicely and securely, easy instructions and simple to install. They did an outstanding job on the manufacturing and packaging of this faucet (even had each piece secured in a cloth bag). It was a breeze to install with snap on service lines and a very unique push down / up sink stopper.
