I replaced my old outdated faucet with this. I am extremely pleased! It looks great and was very easy to install myself!! I plan on buying two more to replace other old faucets.

Amazing faucet for the value..super easy install. The only 2 reasons for the 4 stars was that the instructions left slot out and one of the pages were faded and unreadable. The second con is that the pop-up drain is not flush with the sink so as you can see from one of my pics the water tends to sit in the sink.

Update:The customer service is excellent. They’ve gone above and beyond to make this right.

It’s a good looking faucet, however after my plumber took out the old one and was nearly done installing the new one, we realized the quick connect hose was missing one of the blue connectors. I have called and emailed and now hoping for a quick resolution as my sink is now out of operation and I didn’t want to pay my plumber for another hour to remove and put the old one back on. I hope they send part ASAP.

Really nice product. Instillation was really easy and I have installed a few sinks over the years and this was one was the easiest. Everything felt very solid, I really liked that drain that came with it which is a much better than the ones that have the pull up behind the faucet. Will probably get another one when I remodel my other bathroom.
