I had purchased a high dollar, well known model that I had installed approx. 6 month previously and had nothing but issues. It even had the lifetime warranty, but that only works if they send you the right parts to fix it when there is a problem and even if they had the quick connects were poorly designed. Trying to remove the quick connects was impossible and I ended up cutting them off. Needless to say I couldn't deal with an non operational sink anymore.

That's when I came across this beauty!! Very easy to install. Took about 30 minutes for total install.. Love that it has a pop up drain, even easier to install.. Oh and the quick connects on this faucet have a blue button that you push to quickly disconnect. Would highly recommend at this time. Will let everyone know if I have any issues in the future with it.

I’ve had this faucet for about three months and I’m very happy with it. Easy to install, well made and looks nice. I did have a question and customer service got back to me right away via email. Highly recommend!

Purchased the faucet ... when I opened the package to install it, the lock nut for the drain wasn't in the package even though the instructions said it was included. phiestina replaced the item and when it arrived THE SAME PIECE WAS MISSING. I double checked the instructions and it clearly said it was a part that was included. Once is unlucky but twice ... I'd rather just use another brand.

Update: The manufacturer contacted me and advised the instructions indicate the missing part but it is not actually needed and they haven’t updated the instructions. I revised my review to 3 stars since they advise me of the issue, but they really should update the instructions, even if all they do is put a notice sheet in the box.

Faucets are nicely finished and well packaged. The spigot is designed with a good centering over the sink basin. Gasketing and fittings under faucets and spigot are well thought out to prevent water intrusion. The materials used seem high quality. The pop up drain and tailpiece, while not as robust as what was replaced, are more than adequate. Installation was not difficult and included hardware was all present. Packaging is excellent with each faucet and spigot individually bagged so scratches in transit did not occur.

Great product, shipped super quick. Arrive soon in a nice box and each faucet with handles came in self bags. It also included the drain spout. It took me approx 10-15 minutes to install. The brushed stainless steel was amazing and sturdy. The quick connect for the water hoses made it simple to connect and no possibility of leaks. This product is amazing!!
Highly recommend this product !!

Had to find a new faucet when doing minor bathroom remodeling. Loved the sleek looks of this set. The color is like "white silver" if that makes sense. I bought it as brushed nickel and was expecting a slightly more greyish tone but this is very beautiful. The rest of the hardware in the bathroom is closer to that greyish color but I can live with this. Our remodeler commented how easy the installation was. The faucet works as it should so I'm happy and the price was good

Looks great and works as described. Quick connect hoses are a plus. Similar units are as much as 2 times at home improvement stores.

Had two faucet sets professionally installed. Chose this model for removable pop-up stopper to allow cleaning drain with a snake brush. Feature only available in brushed nickel. Now prefer this finish to chrome. Doesn't show water spots. Customer support was patient in assuring I ended up with the right features. After install one pop-up leaked a little when holding water in the sink. A minor nuisance but I asked customer support if I could get a replacement pop-up. They shipped me a complete drain assembly. The pop-up from this unit does not leak. Both before and after purchase I could not ask for better customer support. Thank you.
