The hardest part was getting the old faucet out. This works as expected. It’s a little on the cheap feel side but it is a budget unit. Works just fine.

Bought the tools, crawled under the sink and with relative ease I had it installed.
It doesn't give great instructions on installation, but it's very straightforward and I didn't feel intimidated. I'm not a handy person at all.

If like me you rent, you probably know how landlords tend to demand using only the cheapest materials available (not even metal) and don't replace anything until it's completely dysfunctional. The faucets where I currently live were so old and clogged with years of scaling that I decided to pay for new ones myself to avoid any argument (and the interminable wait for approval).

This item is great -- nothing fancy, just looks real nice, is very well constructed, works perfectly, and was inexpensive enough so that even if I only stay here a year, I won't feel the need to take them with me when I leave. Beautiful!
