The faucet shipped fast and it arrived in a cloth bag to protect the finish. It was easy to install and it came with two braided water lines. Good quality. No problems with the other faucets I have bought. It also comes with a push button drain with filter screen for those rings and items that usually fall down the drain.

I have to say that they look, feel and work beautifully. We've had this faucet for a few months now. It looks really nice and works well. It has a nice feel/quality and looks great with our new granite.

This is my second Phisteine product purchase. Came back due to excellent customer service with my first purchase. Needed a low cost replacement faucet for my shaving setup. This one turned out to be more than I had bargained for. Excellent finish, full bodied water flow, smooth levers. I could have put this in my master bath if the decor wasn’t a mismatch. Amazing value for the price.

I had some doubts about purchasing this product. It looked pretty nice in the listing photos but ya know until you actually get your hands on it you cant really make a judgement on the apparent quality. After receiving the item I was pretty happy with the appearance. It was carefully packed and the box contained everything for installation: The faucet set itself in a cloth bag so it wouldn't get scratched two supply hoses the drain and various little pieces to complete the installation.I selected the brushed nickel finish which looks quite nice. Other finishes are available. The quarter-turn valves themselves move very smoothly with no rough spots at all. Another thing I really like is the moveable spout. I wasn't initially sure I'd like this thinking it might be a leak/drip area but so far (~2 months) it rotates very smoothly and has not shown any sign of getting loose or leaking. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Oh and did I mention the price is right: $39.99!!I'll try and follow up with a review after a year of useage but the initial experience so far has been very favorable.
