It's a bit different from most faucets and I really wanted one where you don't bang your hands against the back of the sink when washing them. This faucet does extend out a bit from the back of the sink, so it fits my request. The only criticism I have is that it doesn't feel "high quality" when you turn the faucet knobs on and off. Don't get me wrong... it works like a charm, just feels a bit flimsy in my opinion. The matte black finish looks great and I love the matching drain.
