I installed it a few days ago and it was pretty easy. Most of the problems with anything like this is tightening and loosening the nuts up under the tight area of the sink. It looks nice and feels like polished metal even though it's clearly plastic. Time will tell how long it works but for now I'm with it's performance.

Nice faucet for my laundry sink. Swings out of way so I can get a bucket under and then fill.UPDATE: 5 months after purchase, an on-demand hot water heater damaged the sealing washer. Phiestina replaced the hot water supply hose on their Limited Lifetime Warranty service, AT NO CHARGE. Customer service above and beyond ! Already previously rated at 5, can't go any higher or I would.

Perfect Economical Little Faucet

We love this faucet for our tiny farmhouse bathroom. The size is perfect and the style of the faucet means that I can easily refill my watering jug to water plants while we also have more room to wash our hands on up to elbows when we get seriously dirty from outdoor tasks. This weekend we were finally able to spend time with our grandchildren and the faucet style allowed two or more kids to wash up at the same time, an important and often overlooked accommodation for kids. The price was very manageable for this sturdy (heavy) handsome faucet and my husband reported that installation was easy.
