Problems at first but fixed

***Another update. After the below issues I contacted the company and they sent me replacement parts. The replacement parts so far have totally fixed the problem! I am very happy with customer service and that the drain is functioning properly. The replacement drain systems are slightly bigger and sit taller which is what I needed for it to properly drain water.*****(Prior review regarding problems)Update after having them for a few months now: The drain system does not work good at all. It is too low and creates a suction that won’t let the water drain unless you plug and unplug it repeatedly. We have to now treat both my bathroom sinks as if they are constantly clogged.Another major problem is that the finish on these is terrible. Every time I do a simple sink cleaning the cleanser and sponges strip more of the finish off. One of my drain systems was completely ruined by some simply pouring some cleanser on it and I didn’t even scrub it! Instead of being dark brown it’s now a bright scratched up pink color. And my soft sponges scratch the finish all up too even when I am gentle.I got these because I wanted something easy to clean. Unfortunately pieces of it are plastic not metal as they appeared in the pictures.I do love the style and the high rise on the spout. It’s way more comfortable to brush my teeth with a higher spout now.

Easy to install

I just finished installing this Parlos bathroom faucet. I have a bathroom vanity from Home Depot so I had enough room to get my hands up to tighten the anchor nuts and the water line to the faucet. So... I saw that some people used plumbers putty and most did not. The reason for this is due to the different sinks people have. Sink drain holes are shaped differently- as the porcelain gets down to the actual USA standard sized hole. I had to use plumbers putty (and the Parlos silicone washer). Don't be afraid to use a lot..it will squish out as you tighten the drain/stopper piece... Then wipe it up. Also if you need some help -go to Youtube....Or call a plumber and let him/her charge you 200.00 labor/HR lol Good Luck

Easy install looks good but poor quality

Loved the look price and easy install. However only a couple months after installing the black coating on the drain is already peeling off and exposing silver metal. You get what you pay for.The seller reached out and sent me a new drain. Increasing to 4 stars because of the great customer service!
