I absolutely LOVE this faucet however the drain is a bit high for the sink and allows water to sit in the bottom of the sink.

We have had this for almost a year and the paint has already chipped off the drain area. Not worth the money to last less than a year. Will be trying to contact the manufacturer.Update- I contacted Parlos customer support who was awesome to work with. They sent me a replacement faucet and I received it today. Very impressed and good that they stand by their products! Updated to 4 stars after such a good experience with the company.

New faucet was simple to install. Ended up using the old hoses but it was convenient it came with both hot and cold hose. Looks good for our DIY half bathroom.

Good faucet at fantastic price

Nice looking faucet and easy to install. Only two complaints: the drain assembly tends to clog with hair easily so I've had to unscrew the plug and clean it out a couple of times. Also one of the three faucets began to lose it's finish (oil rubbed bronze) on one of the handles about ten months after installation. When I asked for a replacement handle the seller shipped an entirely new faucet very quickly and without question. EXCELLENT customer service!

Can't be beat for the money

I purchased two of these faucets for our master bathroom. Install was straightforward even the drain install. There is a rubber washer included that was to go at the contact point between the sink and the drain inlet but I removed that and used plumbers putty instead. Using the washer caused the inlet to sit too high which prevented all the water from draining. One review mentioned they needed to purchase extra PVC to make their drain fit but that was not the case for me. My two drains installed with my existing plumbing.I gave these 4/5 stars because the large nuts used to attached the faucet to the vanity are plastic and the threads are somewhat weak (easily damaged so pay attention when threading them on). One was cross-threaded and I had a fair amount of difficulty to get that particular nut to thread all the way up. This was the case for just one of my faucets. I didn't have any issues with the plastic nuts provided with the second faucet.Overall it's a great faucet. Looks great functions great. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again.

A great faucet for the money.

I purchased the Parlos swivel spout faucet as a replacement for my bathroom faucet. So far it is working fine. It was easy to install and the nickel finish is easy to clean. It is clearly not the most stylish faucet on the market but I really like its functionality.
